Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist them in finding their seats, ensuring they are comfortable and secure.

- Safety Protocols: Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff and ensure all safety procedures are followed during the flight to keep passengers safe.

- In-Flight Service: Provide refreshments, meals, and other services to passengers, attending to their needs throughout the flight.

- Conflict Resolution: Handle any passenger concerns or complaints calmly and effectively, ensuring a pleasant journey for everyone on board.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive flying experience for passengers.
