Air Export Executive (Freshers) Raipur

We are looking for a dedicated Air Export Executive who will be responsible for managing the shipment of goods via air. This role is essential for ensuring that products reach our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Coordinate Shipments:** You will be responsible for planning and organizing air shipments, making sure that all items are shipped according to schedule.

- **Documentation Management:** It will be your job to prepare and handle all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading and customs papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- **Communication with Clients:** You will communicate with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide updates on shipment statuses, ensuring that they are well-informed throughout the process.

- **Liaise with Airlines and Freight Forwarders:** You will work closely with airlines and freight companies to negotiate rates and schedules, always seeking the best options for our shipments.

- **Tracking Shipments:** It will be crucial for you to monitor shipments, addressing any issues or delays that may arise to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills, as the role involves managing multiple shipments and documents. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively with clients, airlines, and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving is a must. Basic knowledge of shipping processes and good computer skills will be an advantage. A minimum education level of 10th passis required, with 0-1 years of experience preferred.
