As an Air Export Executive, you will be responsible for managing the export shipments sent by air. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that goods are delivered efficiently and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Shipments: Handle all aspects of air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring accurate paperwork and proper scheduling.

- Documentation Management: Prepare and verify necessary export documents like invoices, packing lists, and air waybills to comply with regulations.

- Communicate with Clients: Interact with customers to provide updates on their shipments and address any queries they may have.

- Liaise with Airlines: Establish relationships with airline representatives to negotiate rates and ensure timely dispatch of cargo.

- Track Shipments: Monitor shipment progress and update customers regularly, resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

- Compliance Checks: Ensure all exports comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements to avoid delays.

Required Skills and Expectations:
