As an Air Export Executive, you will play a key role in facilitating air freight shipments. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Coordinating Shipments**: You will be responsible for arranging the transportation of goods via air, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
- **Customer Communication**: Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the export process.
- **Documentation Management**: You will prepare and manage all required export documents, including Air Waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- **Liaising with Airlines and Freight Forwarders**: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with airlines and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and services for our shipments.
- **Tracking Shipments**: Monitor the status of shipments, troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit and providing timely updates to customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of air freight processes. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A minimum educational background of 10th pass is required, and previous experience in logistics is a plus but not necessary for candidates eager to start their career in this field.
