We are looking for an Air Cargo Executive to manage air cargo operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. You will work from our office in Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Coordination of Shipments:** Manage the logistics of air cargo shipments, ensuring timely processing from pick-up to delivery.

- **Documentation Handling:** Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including air waybills and customs declarations, to ensure compliance with regulations.

- **Customer Service:** Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status to maintain customer satisfaction.

- **Network Collaboration:** Collaborate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.

- **Data Entry and Reporting:** Ensure accurate entry of cargo data into systems and generate reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and partners effectively.
