We are looking for an Air Cargo Executive to manage air cargo operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. You will work from our office in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination of Shipments: Manage the logistics of air cargo shipments, ensuring timely processing from pick-up to delivery.

- Documentation Handling: Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including air waybills and customs declarations, to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Network Collaboration: Collaborate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officials to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.

- Data Entry and Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of cargo data into systems and generate reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and partners effectively.

- Attention to detail is crucial for handling documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Basic knowledge of logistics and air cargo operations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
