Freshers For Air Cargo Executive - Coimbatore

We are looking for an Air Cargo Executive to manage air freight operations in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience and a minimum education level of 12th pass. You will work in our office and be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of air cargo shipments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Coordinate Shipments:** Work with various teams to arrange for the timely transport of cargo by air, ensuring all shipments adhere to regulations and schedules.

- **Documentation Handling:** Prepare and manage all required documentation for air freight, including bills of lading and customs papers, to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns about air cargo shipments to maintain satisfaction and trust.

- **Cargo Tracking:** Monitor the status of cargo shipments and update clients regularly, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the shipping process.

- **Collaboration:** Work with airlines, ground handlers, and customs officials to facilitate efficient cargo movement and resolve any potential issues that may arise.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
