job summary:

legal capital is seeking a motivated and skilled advocate with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our legal team. the ideal candidate should possess strong litigation and legal drafting skills, be capable of handling cases independently, and have a deep understanding of legal procedures.

key responsibilities:

represent clients in civil, criminal, corporate, and consumer matters.

draft legal documents including petitions, agreements, notices, and contracts.

conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.

attend court hearings, client meetings, and legal consultations.

coordinate with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders.

maintain case files and manage documentation.

qualifications & skills:

llb or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

valid bar council registration.

1 - 5 years of professional legal experience.

strong communication and negotiation skills.

ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.

proficiency in english and telugu (preferred).
