please note that some program presentations (call/virtual meetings) and follow-ups have to be

done based on the client's convenient time. sometimes it might occur after work hours.

roles and responsibilities

• strict adherence to check in time.

• if any delay, taking break or leave please inform your immediate supervisor.

• attend scheduled program presentations on time and update.

• perform follow up whenever required and close the admissions.

• ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met (program presentation and conversions).

requirements

- personal smartphone (business whatsapp, google calendar, product app and crm app)

- vi/airtel/jio strong network signal (company shall provide the sim card)

workflow (admission process)

check scheduled program presentations (call/virtual meetings) > initiate call/meeting > follow up

> sending admission form > assisting in fee payment > assigning to mentor

remuneration

first two months constitute the probation period, and the salary supplied will be rs. 15,000/- per

month. upon successful completion of probation, salary will be upgraded to rs. 20,000/- per

month. please read incentive/salary cut details in the document below.
