Admission Counselor

We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Aviation Counselor (Admission Counselor) to join our team at High Aero Academy. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aspiring aviation professionals, guiding students through training options, building strong relationships, and managing leads to achieve higher enrollment conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Course Advisory: Guide prospective students and parents regarding training programs, career roadmaps, and opportunities in the aviation industry.

Lead Management & Nurturing: Proactively manage, track, and follow up with inquiries and prospective student leads across various channels (calls, WhatsApp, ).

Lead Conversion: Drive the complete admission sales cycle from initial contact to successful course enrollment and fee payment.

Relationship Building: Establish long-term rapport with prospective students and families, providing clear, empathetic, and expert guidance.

Counseling at Conversion: Conduct personalized one-on-one sessions (face-to-face or phone) to address concerns, highlight academy advantages, and successfully close admissions.

Requirements & Key Skills:

Experience: 1-7 years in student counseling, educational sales, or course advisory (Aviation / EdTech industry experience is a major plus).

Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, active listening, relationship management, and proficiency with lead management systems

Education: Graduate (., , ., , or equivalent degree).

Key Traits: High enthusiasm for the aviation sector, target-oriented mindset, professional empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Market Insights & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the system and share regular admission/conversion updates with management.
