job overview:

this is a full-time on-site role as an admissions counsellor located in saket. the admissions

counsellor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with potential students,

providing customer service, selling courses, and educating students about the institute and its

courses.

key responsibility:

counsel the students and working professionals

responsible for converting any query into admission

ability to work independently and as a part of team

proficiency in crm lead square & zoho

attending 100-150 calls daily (cold calling)

familiarity with ed-tech industry and its trends is preferred

requirements:

should have 1year of experience in admission counselling

candidate should have the ability to convert leads into sales

should have good knowledge of technical courses ( data science & data analytics)

excellent interpersonal and communication skills
