Respond to leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web inquiries.
Guide students and working professionals about various Cybersecurity Certification Courses (CEH, CHFI, CompTIA, OSCP, etc.).
Explain course features, benefits, career scope, and answer queries professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment.
Actively contribute to marketing campaigns and webinars when required.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in IT, Business, or related fields).
Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or telecalling. Knowledge or interest in Cybersecurity and IT Education is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
