Job Description

Prepare, proof and edit documents, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as directed ensuring accuracy & meeting deadlines.

Understand the companys rules and protocols for various tasks and processes, document them.

Responsible for communication between several parties.

Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company

Serve as office manager to include responsibility for office supplies, secure maintenance of office equipment.

Establish and maintain a filing system, sort and direct mail, and maintain an accurate calendar.

Providing high quality customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgement is required.

Prepare, coordinate and organize meetings as required to include room reservations, notification to members and distribution of meeting materials and minutes.

Assist in insurance and risk management assignments including monitoring, reviewing and collecting Certificate of Insurance.

Great attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a high level of customer service when required.

Be able to work creatively, independently and collaboratively as a team member and be able to multi-task and prioritize projects

Give assistance to senior HR staff for staff related work like maintaining records of the new joinees and helping in ensuring the joining process for the new employee.

Proper communication maintenance with all third party. This includes assisting them with any their work with the required assistance.

Understanding important office orders and processes/protocols and making sure that they followed the projects.

Basic banking communication when required and fulfilling any urgent paper work.

Handling branches and agencies/associates working, opening and closing according to the protocols decided.
