Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using MS Excel
Handle documentation, filing (physical & digital), and database updates
Issue slips for rice, fuel, and other materials
Coordinate with banks, municipal offices, vendors, and local markets
Manage office supplies, printing, and stationery records
Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper functioning
Assist in scanning, printing, and general office support tasks
Support meetings, events, and daily administrative needs
Key Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle fieldwork and multitask
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
🎓 Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
