We require an admin assistant with good knowledge of MS Office tools. We look for people

• Send and receive quotations from vendors
• Process subsidy papers and bank documents
• Validate accounts as well as bank certificates
• Collate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment
and travel
• coordinate with the factory for various reports and verify the same.
• process sales contract, reports on employee expense, information on salary, and
organization timesheets
• Evaluate and update information and carry out validation of data for accuracy
• Ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for
suitable placement to designated areas
• Supervise, track and post income, expenses, and gifts
• To accumulate and file all documents for various purposes.
• To follow up with housekeeping and ensure cleanliness
• Employee will be responsible for taking care of guests
