about the role:
xlnc exotic inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented admin associate to join our team in jalandhar. this hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely. the admin associate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to organizational efficiency.
key responsibilities:
1. administrative support
o manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
o handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
o schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
2. operations coordination
o assist in maintaining office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
o coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline operations.
o ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. record management
o maintain accurate and organized records, including invoices, reports, and contracts.
o prepare and distribute periodic reports and updates to management.
4. support to hr and finance teams
o assist in onboarding new employees by managing documentation and induction schedules.
o support finance functions by handling petty cash, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping.
5. other responsibilities
o identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
o assist in planning and executing company events and activities.
