Job Description:
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Coordinate the import and export of products
3. Coordinate the local transport of products
4. Coordinate with customers for their orders from receiving their PO, to arranging the products, invoicing, and payment receipt
5. Coordinate local purchase of materials
6. Help in other ad hoc matters in the factory/warehouse
Candidate needs to be able to :
1) Be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.
2) Have strong communication skills
3) Be able to work well in MS Word and Excel
4) Have good time management
