Handle office administration, including, correspondence, coordination with vendors,
following up on daily administration.
Manage workflow on the assigned tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion.
Coordinate the orientation and training of the staff in accordance to the orders and requests from various departments.
Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
Order materials, supplies and equipment once approved from the Budget.
Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including computers etc.
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Follow up with departmental needs on daily/weekly basis keeping record of each activity.
Documentation and record keeping as required.
Maintaining Database, renewed documents.
Tracking staff attendance which includes leaves and Holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word & Excel.
Proficiency in spoken English and Kannada.
Preferred to have a two-wheeler.
Also performs other related required duties.
