job summary:
the admin executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff requirements, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining records. the role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
key responsibilities:
oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly.
manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor
handle facility management including housekeeping, maintenance, and office equipment.
manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and assist in hr-related documentation.
assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for staff/guests.
inward and outward material movement checking

skills & qualifications:
bachelors degree
proven experience in an admin or office executive role.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
good organizational and multitasking abilities.
problem-solving and negotiation skills.
ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
