Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. As an Admin Executive, you will support daily operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Manage Office Supplies**: You will keep track of office supplies, ensuring that everything needed for daily tasks is available and well-stocked.

- **Assist in Scheduling**: You will help schedule meetings and appointments for team members, organizing calendars to ensure efficient time management.

- **Handle Correspondence**: Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, is essential to maintain effective communication within the team and with clients.

- **Maintain Records**: You will organize and maintain important files and documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

- **Support Team Members**: Assisting colleagues with various administrative tasks will be part of your role, helping the team to function efficiently.
