Job Description

• import data from online platforms amazon / flipkart / other portals

• gst full knowledge and online filing from tally data

• vendor / customer reconciliation

• finalise accounts for p&l, b&s (monthly, annual)

• mis reports for stock, finance

• multiple branch / head office reconciliation for stock / accounts

• inter-state stock transfer / data management

• vendor / customer reconciliation

• submission of statements to bank ( stock statement)

• online filing of statutory like pf, esi, gst, tds, labour

• book keeping

• salary disbursement as per attendance

• prepare necessary data for internal and external auditor

• coordinate with company secretary for data / documents

• ms excel working a must ( vloookup / pivot table etc)
