duties/responsibilities:
· establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
· filing gst return, tds return, income tax returns and esi.
· managing daily operations of the accounting department & finalizing balance sheets.
· monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements like cme and projection reports as well letters needed in banking.
· audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and central regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
· presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
· ensures compliance with local, state, and central government requirements.
· performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
· maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.
