job description

• tally data entries

• preparing summary of gst returns and etds returns and wages register

• management of day to day activities of accounts.

• merging of accounts for various sites

• handling statutory auditors finalizing financials and getting it audited.

• follow-up with vendor and creditors

• responsible for giving information to director of company as and when required.

• knowledge on tds applicability, payment schedules and compliance timelines.

• knowledge of gst applicability, payment schedules and compliance timelines.

• roc compliances & timelines

• identification of all sort of entries: revenue or capital and posting under proper head.

• bank reconciliation
