B.B.A Freshers For Accounts & Finance Executive

We are looking for a motivated Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in finance or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance: Keep accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers, to ensure data integrity and easy access for audits.

- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Expense Management: Monitor and process expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.

- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, providing insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.

- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making processes.

- Tax Compliance: Prepare documents for tax filing in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submission to avoid penalties.

Required Skills and Expectations:
