2. Monitoring and Collecting Payments
3. Cash Application
4. Maintaining Customer Relationships
5. Updating leads and measures sheet and calculation of CRR €“ Customer Retention Ratio
6. Preparing Budgets for AMC collection and Variance analysis
7. Preparation of AMC documentation and timely communication to respective clients
8. Co-ordinate meetings with Project and Implementation teams for payment collection and project status
9. Updating daily and weekly collections to respective team leads
