• to coordinate with our overseas client to understand the requirements and based upon these develop processes for getting the tasks of the client done from the team based in india.
• to train the team working under you about the processes and tasks of the client, ensure the delivery of the tasks to the client as per requirement.
• to prepare reports and provide updates to the management & client of all the tasks done on daily basis.
