Key Performance Indicator:-

1. Preparation of monthly MIS, P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow.

2. Banking and Treasury Operations and including working capital Management.

3. Accounts Payable.

4. Accounts Receivables.

5. GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other compliances.

6. Inventory Control and management including physical.

verification and reconciliation.

7. Import and Export Accounting and documentation.

8. Cash flow projections and actuals.
