Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting Management:
Oversee and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations of bank and credit accounts.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Taxation Compliance:
Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
Process Oversight and Improvement:
Monitor accounting workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing efficiency in financial operations.
Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing accounting-related queries and providing professional insights.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and contribute to project success.
