Job Purpose :- To manage the MP state incoming payments, outstanding from Government and the

primary goal is to ensure the receivables process, invoicing process, billing & payable management

for the state.

We need candidates who can help us get our accounts receivables from the government by coordinating for various data, ageing, inter-dept coordination, billing coordination etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Invoicing / Billing :- Coordination for invoice / billing & ensure timely preparation &

submission of the same.

2. Billing Data :- Ensuring the coordination for billing requirements data from system &

providing to the operations manager

3. Reporting :- Keeping a track of payment received, ageing report etc

4. Accounts Payable :- Managing / coordination for MP state accounts payable

5. Adhoc :- other work as assigned by internal stakeholders.

Qualification

Proficiency: - Should be smart in Excel & Tally

Experience: - Minimum 4 years managing the above, added advantage for the candidate for prior

experience managing Government receivables process.
