They ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth, efficient daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
Maintain daily financial transactions, ledgers, and journals.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and process payroll, including tax deductions (TDS, PF, ESIC).
Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements).
Administration:
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, and maintain calendars.
Maintain confidential employee files and documentation.
