job responsibilities :-
- perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary, manage balance sheet & p&l
- analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
- improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

qualifications for accountant
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- age 31 years ++
- demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of excel, as well as other microsoft office applications
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience with accounting software & tally
- excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- highly detail-oriented
