Role/ Position : Sr Project Manager - Civil/ Planning
Qualification: B.E ( civil ) from a reputed Institute
Experience :
10 -14 years experience in high rise Hotel building Projects.
Should have sound knowledge & experience in following areas:
Must know Project Planning Softwares , Progress Reporting formats.
Must have good experience in Construction Management , Quality Management, Project Planning & Monitoring .
Must have good experience in Structural works of High rise building projects.
He must be able to Control the Site execution & should be able to coordinate with Contractors for day to day Site activities .
The person is expected to work in close coordination with other departments at Site like Architecture, MEP Engineers.
Technically sound person & he should be a good team player.
Age : around 32-36 Years .
Salary : Negotiable
