Job Description of Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep track of financial transactions and ensure all entries are properly recorded.
• Assist in processing payroll and maintaining employee records related to compensation, taxes, and benefits.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, and organizing office documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, administrative reports, and any other necessary documentation as required by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts and administrative work.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: First Saturday of each month will be a holiday
Sunday: Weekly holiday
Salary: 10K – 15K
