Job summary:

Responsible for billing, data entry, GST tracking, vendor management and maintaining project-related financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data entry of billing and project details

2. Prepare and raise invoices for customers/government departments

3. Track pending billing and GST from vendors/subcontractors

4. Follow up for timely invoice submission and GST reflection

5. Create work orders and maintain ledgers

6. Manage documentation and records

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance

2. 3-4 years of relevant experience

3. Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

5. Good coordination and follow-up skills
