: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our organization in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Process and monitor invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any financial discrepancies and provide financial guidance when needed.

Maintain strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all financial activities.

Provide support during annual audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation.

Assist with other accounting-related tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
