key responsibilities

1. lead generation & calling

contact potential customers via phone, whatsapp, or field visits.

explain kotak’s savings/current account features and benefits.

collect and verify customer interest for account opening.

2. customer onboarding & documentation

collect kyc documents (pan, aadhaar, photos) from the customer.

ensure documents are clear, updated, and compliant with rbi/kotak norms.

upload details in the kotak system or share with backend teams for processing.

3. digital process handling (if wfh)

assist customers with the kotak 811 digital account process.

guide them through video kyc or online verification steps.

follow up for otps, digital signatures, and form submissions.

4. coordination with vendor/team lead

report daily performance (calls made, leads converted, accounts opened).

work closely with the team lead to resolve documentation or process issues.

meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets.

5. customer support & query handling

answer basic questions about account features, debit cards, app setup, etc.

ensure excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.

10th/12th pass or graduate preferred

freshers or experienced welcome
