Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager - Accounts to lead the finance and accounting function within a manufacturing setup. The role demands strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and team leadership, along with the ability to support business decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations

Coordinate and manage internal and external audits

Develop and monitor MIS reports and financial dashboards

Ensure proper cost control and profitability analysis

Supervise and mentor the accounts team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial decision-making

Key Requirements

/ CA / CMA qualification

10-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry accounting

Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting

Experience in handling audits and regulatory requirements

Hands-on experience with ERP systems / Tally

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Expertise in cost accounting and inventory management

Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
