Jewellery software knowledge

Stock Inventory, Tally , Sale & Purchase Entry,

To maintain books of accounts on daily basis in Tally.

To maintain inventory and stock on daily basis and submit reports.

To ensure all payments only after approval & preparation of all accounting voucher such as cash, bank, journals, etc

To ensure all the bills are paid properly and timely prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

Co ordinations Vendors and their queries and reconciliations

Good in Excel use

Summarise financial status by collecting information and other statements.

Generation of e-invoices as per required

Should have excellent communication skills
