Account Executive

We are looking for an Account executive, demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. Account executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of office financial transactions and procedures.

Responsibilities:

General accounting and Book keeping.

Responsible for handling day to day transactions related with Accounts department both manual and computerized.

Maintaining of ledgers related to debtors, creditors, sales, purchases, cash book and bank book.

Handling petty cash.

GST Payment, return filing on monthly basis. Providing all data, information for finalization of accounts to Auditor.

Accounts payable and receivable.

Statutory and compliance.

Preparation of Tax Invoices, Purchase Orders, Debit Note, Credit Note.

Procurement of raw materials and products.

Creating Provision entries and accounting for all expenses on monthly basis.

Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.

Requirements:

Required qualification , BBA, or MBA.

2 to 3 years experience in same role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Languages required Kannada, English & Hindi.

Knowledge on Tally software and work experience.
