Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
