key responsibilities:
maintain regular communication with clients, dealers, and distributors via phone and email.
handle order entry, invoice generation, and documentation.
monitor payment status and follow up with clients or dealers for outstanding dues.
coordinate with the accounts and sales teams for order dispatch and delivery updates.
prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and payment reports.
maintain accurate customer and dealer records in software or excel.
resolve customer issues or complaints promptly in coordination with relevant departments.
provide general administrative and back-office support to the sales department.
