Job Description

Dear Madam,

The ideal candidate should have basic working knowledge in the following areas:

TDS and TCS: Understanding of deduction, rates, return filing, and compliance timelines.

GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B): Knowledge of data preparation, filing procedures, and due dates.

ITC-04 Management: Awareness of job work reporting, movement of goods, and reconciliation under GST.

Machine Shop Accounting: Familiarity with recording of material consumption, job costing, and process tracking.

Cash and Bank Book Reconciliation Ability to update books regularly and reconcile them with actual balances and bank statements.

Monthly Stock Reconciliation

Basic skills to compare physical stock with book records and resolve discrepancies.
