Position: Telesales Executive / Academic Counselor

Location is:- Ghansoli,Navi mumbai.

Exp: Minimum 6 months experience in sales is mandatory

Job Role:

The candidate should be able to call leads and close sales for various E-learning and Upskilling

products.

Job Description:

Handling leads and calling them for closure (B2C)

Meeting monthly and yearly targets / Sales Conversion

Guiding client to select the relevant academic program

Counseling clients

Keeping track of daily inquiries.

Regular MIS update.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English)

Guiding for the right course, negotiation, objection handling skills

Organizing and planning competencies

Time management skills

Technical skills in Excel
