• handling leads and calling them for closure (b2c)

• meeting monthly and yearly targets / sales conversion

• guiding client to select the relevant academic program

• counseling clients

• keeping track of daily inquiries.

• regular mis update.

• excellent communication skills (hindi, english)

• guiding for the right course, negotiation, objection handling skills

• organizing and planning competencies
