roles & responsibilities:

- counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach.

- responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education.

- follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.

- explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.

- should be able to work with team to meet daily/weekly/monthly based targets.

key skills:

should have prior experience in mbbs/medical counselling

should have convincing skills. ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines.

basic knowledge of computers is a must.

should have a good command on languages - telugu and english ( hindi or any other language will be added advantage to the profile)
