Academic Coordinator

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator who can manage the entire lifecycle of various

courses / educational programs. Along with that candidate should assist in managing business activities

in a very organized and timely manner.

 Student’s engagement activities - Internal and External events.

ï‚· Induction process of new batch.

ï‚· CRM Management and online portals.

ï‚· Manage and monitor infrastructure maintenance with coordination of office boys and connecting

with vendors regarding any issue to Infrastructure.

ï‚· Maintaining and updating PM (Presenter Manual), Current role batch wise, Students performance

report, all batch files, student assignment drives, batch Schedule files and bills.

ï‚· Scheduling Exams of Students.

ï‚· Sharing Attendance report of students weekly.

ï‚· Maintain Students Fees collection updates and calling.
