job responsibility:

we are looking for an experienced academic coordinator who can manage the entire lifecycle of various

courses / educational programs. along with that candidate should assist in managing business activities

in a very organized and timely manner.

 student’s engagement activities - internal and external events.

 induction process of new batch.

 crm management and online portals.

 manage and monitor infrastructure maintenance with coordination of office boys and connecting

with vendors regarding any issue to infrastructure.

 maintaining and updating pm (presenter manual), current role batch wise, students performance

report, all batch files, student assignment drives, batch schedule files and bills.

 scheduling exams of students.

 sharing attendance report of students weekly.

 maintain students fees collection updates and calling.
