He should have Air Conditioners & Home Appliances product experience.2. He should have strong local market experience.3. He should have knowledge of mulit brand . System (Both Window and Split).4. He should have good knowledge of Service, Repair, Gas Charging and Installation.5. He should achieve his weekly and monthly target of Installation, Demo, Breakdown & PMS calls.6. He should have own Conveyance and Tools Bag.7.
