🔹 Key Responsibilities

€¢ Assist the technician in installation of split AC, window AC, and central AC units

€¢ Carry tools, equipment, and materials to the work location

€¢ Help in cleaning AC filters, coils, and outdoor units

€¢ Support in gas charging, leak checking, and basic servicing

€¢ Hold ladders, pipes, and wires during installation or repair

€¢ Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site

€¢ Help in loading and unloading AC units

€¢ Follow safety rules and instructions from the technician

€¢ Learn basic troubleshooting and repair skills

Required Skills

€¢ Basic knowledge of air conditioners (optional for freshers)

€¢ Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items

€¢ Willingness to learn technical work

€¢ Good teamwork and communication

€¢ Basic understanding of tools and electrical safety
