Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform 6g welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Ability to weld in various positions, including overhead and vertical.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Understanding of welding symbols and specifications.
3. Set up welding equipment and tools, such as welding torches, rods, and gas tanks.
- Familiarity with different types of welding equipment and tools.
4. Inspect and test welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws or defects.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality welds and identify any issues.
5. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Proven experience as a 6g Welder, with at least 1-7 years of welding experience.
2. Must have a minimum education qualification of 10th pass.
3. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
4. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
6. Willingness to learn and stay updated on new welding techniques and technologies.
