Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Designer with hands-on experience in 3D visualization and AI-based design tools. The role focuses on creating residential interior concepts, layouts, and realistic 3D visuals to support client presentations and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create 2D layouts and space planning for residential interior projects

Develop high-quality 3D views and walkthroughs using design software

Use AI tools to generate concepts, mood boards, and design inspirations

Assist in material selection, finishes, and color schemes

Coordinate with design and site teams to align designs with execution

Make design revisions as per client feedback within timelines

Requirements

Background in Interior Design (degree/diploma preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape

Exposure to AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Planner 5D, etc.) is a plus

Good understanding of residential interiors, materials, and modular design

Creative mindset with attention to detail and timelines
