Opening For Manager – 2D & 3D Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager – 2D & 3D Designer to lead our design function focused on corporate events and experiential projects in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will manage concepts, oversee design execution, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.

In this role, responsibilities include:

- Leading the design function for various corporate events and experiential projects, ensuring that creative concepts are aligned with client expectations.

- Managing and executing design projects from initial ideas through to final delivery, focusing on quality and innovative solutions.

- Coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and address any challenges that arise.

Candidates should possess the following skills and expectations:

- A graduate degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in 2D and 3D design, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

- Proficiency in design software and tools commonly used in the industry, along with a strong creative portfolio showcasing past projects.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.

This is a full-time office-based role with an emphasis on collaboration and creativity. Be prepared to participate in fieldwork as required and maintain a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines.
