Assistant Training Manager- (Retail / Fashion Industry)Budget : 6 LPARequired Exp. - 3-7 yrs (Relevant 2.5yrs+ as a Trainer/Training ManagerLocation- Ahmedabad (Have to Travel all over the Gujarat for Training Purpose)Role Report into: Head HR Notice Period- Immediate to Max 15-20 DaysJob Responsibilities:Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existingprograms.Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of theeffectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training,meetings, conferences, and workshops.Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendationsfor improvement to trainees.Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projectedproduction processes, changes, and other factors.Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educationalmaterials.Develop testing and evaluation procedures for Store TeamsTrain Cluster Managers and Store Managers in techniques and skills for training and dealingwith Store staff.Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staffmembers.Evaluates and enhances training programs to maximize revenue goals and enhance staffdevelopment.Prepared Monthly PJP and adherence of the same in consultation with Head HR & BrandRegional TrainerConduct Brand Specific Training Activations; execute Brand Specific Initiatives and seamlessexecution across the Stores.Focus on Self Development planPrepare & Maintain Training MIS and share periodic data with Head HR.Assist Head Trainer in Preparing New Training Content, / update existing content.Assist Head Trainer in maintaining MIS and Training Activation data Act as Knowledge Bank for respective Brand .
